Victoria B. Tucker:
Vickie has represented Buyers and Sellers since 1979 through Franciscan Properties (now Prudential California Realty, 3 years), Hill & Co. (7 years) and Pacific Union Real Estate Group, Ltd. (16 years) and now at Hill & Co.
Vickie Tucker, a native Californian, raised and educated in Southern California, has been a Bay Area resident since 1968. Prior to her career in residential real estate in San Francisco in 1979, Vickie benefited from experience in the hotel industry as Executive Assistant to Paul Handlery, Handlery Hotels working with high level executives across the country, and in Customer Service, Marketing and Merchandising for six years at Levi Strauss and Co. This experience assisted her in relating to all levels of executive and professional personalities and fine-tuned negotiating and inter-personal skills.
Joan C. Foppiano
Joan began her real estate career at Hill & Company in 1987, working hand-in-hand with real estate buyers and sellers, applying her compassion and focus in a tough and competitive environment. In 1992, Joan and Vickie teamed to launch their partnership at Hill & Co., later joining Pacific Union in January 1998 and returning as a team to Hill & Co. in 2015.
As a native San Franciscan, Joan Foppiano´s knowledge of and love for the city are evident to all who work with her. Prior to obtaining her real estate license, she pursued a lucrative career in Interior Design and later owned and managed a landmark retail establishment. Joan´s innate sense of style and her business acumen serve her clients well in San Francisco´s unique real estate climate.
